Computer Updates:
We are pleased to tell you about enhancements we are making that will
make your banking experience even better. On the evening of
Friday, January 22, 2010, we will begin the installation of an upgraded
computer system.
Due to our computer upgrade, you may receive two statements in
January. The first statement will be from our existing system and
be in the same format that you are used to seeing. The second
statement will be in the new, updated format.
We may experience an interruption of some banking services from the
evening of January 22nd to the morning of January 24th. The
services that may be affected include, but not limited to; debit
cards, VIP-DATA (phone banking), Internet Banking and BillPay.
For customers that use our VIP-DATA (phone banking) line, you will
notice significant enhancements around our conversion date. If
you are an existing VIP-DATA user, you will be prompted to change your
personal identification number (PIN) the first time you call after the
new system is in place.
We are excited about these changes and look forward to providing you

Mastercard
If you currently have a debit card with us, you will
be receiving a new Bank of Mauston Mastercard Debit card in the mail.
It will not be activated until you call
800-588-9970 on or after Jan. 25th.
Your current Visa Debit Card will remain an active
card until 3pm on Jan. 25. Beginning Jan. 26th you will not be
able to use your Visa Debit Card.
Important note: If you have a joint
account and each of you have a debit card, each new Mastercard will have
a different number and you are able to each have your own personal
identification number (PIN) and each card must be activated separately.
Please call us at 608-847-6200 on or after Jan. 25th
if you are having trouble activating your new Mastercard Debit Card.
